Return transportation from Sydney, Newcastle or the Hunter Valley, 3 winery visits, local chocolate sampling, cheese sampling, distillery visit and lunch.

Please call us to let us know and we will do our best to try to still get you on the bus. We do however have a timetable and other passengers to consider (everyone is itching to get to the Hunter Valley and taste their first glass of wine!). Refunds will not be given if you miss the bus.

Approximate drop off time in Hunter Valley is 4.15pm, Newcastle 5:15pm and Sydney 7pm. Please note the time will vary due to traffic conditions and variables out of our control.

Changes to your booking can be made up to one week before departure – free of charge. Changes to your booking within one week of departure incur a $25 amendment fee, payable by credit card at the time of request. No changes can be made within 48 hours of departure, however you can transfer your booking to another person if you advise us of the name change.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure incur a 20% administration. Cancellations made within 48 hours before departure incur a 100% cancellation fee.

We only operate our tours on mini buses with a maximum capacity of 22 passengers.

We don’t have toilets on the bus, but don’t worry we make plenty of comfort stops during the day.

We don’t have USB ports on the bus. You will be taking lots of insta-worthy pics, so make sure to charge your phone beforehand.

Yes we can accommodate your group on our public tours. If there is a large group of you, we suggest you book a private tour so you can have the bus to yourselves and choose your own itinerary.

Each day we will rotate the wineries and lunch venues that we visit – no two days are the same. A few of the wineries that we visit during the week for a public tour are; Allandale Wines, Leogate Estate, Lucy’s Run, Hunter Valley Resort and Hope Estate

If you are travelling on our public tour, our experienced team will plan an awesome day for you. We work with some of the best wineries in the Hunter Valley and put together an itinerary that suits all tastes.

We generally spend 45 minutes to 1 hour at each winery.

We don’t allow people under the age of 18 years old to travel on our tours. Trust us, drinking wine with adults is way more fun!
